Just to let you know that we think we are very lucky to have stumbled across your website.
Having been a number of years since we last sold a property, and due to the myriad of real estate agents and agencies in the market, it was somewhat daunting to try and pick the right one.
Right from the first contact with you, we felt that this experience was going to be more positive than stressful. This came down to your insightful thoughts and advice followed up by the extremely useful information and links on your website.
The information was clear and concise, full of common sense and most importantly gave us realistic goals and the ability to see the property through a prospective purchaser's eyes.
When we went to market the timing probably could have been better (nothing anyone could have done about that) as there was an unusually high number of lifestyle properties available.
We were therefore pleasantly surprised at how quickly we had serious offers on the place followed by two sign-ups.
The real estate agent we picked from your short list could not have worked harder for us and we attribute the relatively quick sale to him and the presentation of the property, both following your advice.
The actual sale process went very smoothly in large part due to being ahead of the curve with building reports and valuations etc, and again that can be attributed to what we learnt from you. So dare I say it, the sale of our property far from being stressful was almost enjoyable.

WESTERN SPRINGS AGENT FINDER ENORMOUSLY HELPFUL
Clear advice on how to get maximum price
While searching for the best real estate agents in Western Springs, the Agent Finder NZ service was enormously helpful to me.
After internet searching all three teams recommended by Agent Find
er I decided on the real estate agents that looked like the best fit for us, and made contact with them.
Our agents were excellent from first to last. They answered all my questions, sent comprehensive market information on their recent house sales when I asked for it and gave me the numbers of several referees who I contacted - all spoke very highly of them.
What really impressed me about our real estate agents was their approach to selling our home - they gave clear advice on what we needed to do to achieve the maximum sale price, they were very encouraging, and once we had decided to list with them they followed through on the support, recommended a gardener to tidy the garden, and lent us very useful home staging props at no cost.
The photos and online marketing they organised looked fantastic, and got us good visitor numbers to our open homes and multiple offers, one of which is now unconditional.
We achieved a sale price towards the higher end of property appraisal we expected, and everything has gone smoothly.
At every stage, our real estate agents were great communicators - clear, helpful and positive.
I am very grateful for the recommendations from Agent Finder NZ for our Western Springs house sale.

SOLD OUR HOUSE QUICKLY AFTER WELLINGTON EARTHQUAKE

The two real estate agent recommendations Agent Finder NZ provided were both very professional and offered really good proposals.
We could have gone with either agent.
The apartment went on the market two days before the November 2016 earthquake. Given that the building is only 38 per cent of NBS, we were not expecting to sell.
The third open home resulted in an offer which was in no small part due to our agent's approach to marketing the property and selling its attributes to the eventual buyer.

UNBIASED SELECTION OF NORTH SHORE AGENTS BRILLIANT

Delighted with the Agent Finder NZ service as my family had no idea which real estate agent to choose.
Some agents were approaching us as we tried to clear and stage Dad's house to sell.
Being a deceased estate, the real estate process was stressful enough without 'pushy' real estate agents approaching us before we had even made collective decisions amongst the family.
We all live in various parts of the country so having a professional, unbiased selection of three vetted real estate agents was a brilliant place to start. We were all able to settle quickly on our final agent.
The chosen real estate agent was extremely knowledgeable about the area and his profession. None of us felt pressured and felt confident from the get-go that he would achieve our desired results. He did, and more.

I found him very respectable, responsible and approachable person who has done everything as per my plans.
I loved his attitude during the whole real estates campaign, as some real estate agents look very promising for getting listing under their name but in the end they treat you differently, but he is somebody who sets a benchmark.
