Thank you so much for referring our agent to us - we loved working with her even through a tricky thing like an earthquake.
In hindsight, choosing her was even more important than any of us could ever have envisioned; the house went under offer, the offer fell through, two hours later she had second cash offer for us all on 3 September, then of course on the 4th there was the 7.1 earthquake.
Times were testing even for those of us who weren’t being shaken about but we got there in the end.
Being in Australia during the sale of our house it was important for us to have an agent we could trust and that kept the lines of communication open and was accessible and our agent was all that and more - so thank you once again.
