Trish has been working with home owners for over a decade, helping them to get the most equity out of their property sales as possible and protect them from poor real estate conduct or services. This is what real estate agent vetting does.

Initially Trish started Evolve Enterprises Ltd in 2003 as a business mentor and project consultant in Northland with a strong belief in the value of collaborative initiatives for the greater good.

A shift presented a new opportunity spotted by Trish developing a business model in 2007 to solve problems faced by home sellers NZ wide. This resulted in almost halving the average number of days on the market for most sellers.

Out of that grew Agent Finder in 2009 which has evolved into New Zealand’s most reputable service that empowers consumers to choose real estate agents more diligently and access appropriate advice, from the right sources, when they most need it.

Being an independent home vendor's advocate for hundreds of people over the years has provided a unique perspective and wealth of information. Thanks goes to the many liaisons with property-related government agencies, societies, boards and trusts who have all participated in solving problems for home sellers.

Trish is a strategic problem solver and change agent by challenging the status quo and developing new business models. She has a leadership and management background packed with variety including central, local government and not-for-profit sectors. Trish has been a Community Board member, a volunteer for migrants, community, business and economic development initiatives.

We are members of the NZ Business Excellence Foundation and consult with relevant authorities, boards and Government bodies to ensure our service and information benefits all real estate consumers.
