Just to let you know that we think we are very lucky to have stumbled across your website.
Having been a number of years since we last sold a property, and due to the myriad of real estate agents and agencies in the market, it was somewhat daunting to try and pick the right one.
Right from the first contact with you, we felt that this experience was going to be more positive than stressful. This came down to your insightful thoughts and advice followed up by the extremely useful information and links on your website.
The information was clear and concise, full of common sense and most importantly gave us realistic goals and the ability to see the property through a prospective purchaser's eyes.
When we went to market the timing probably could have been better (nothing anyone could have done about that) as there was an unusually high number of lifestyle properties available.
We were therefore pleasantly surprised at how quickly we had serious offers on the place followed by two sign-ups.
The real estate agent we picked from your short list could not have worked harder for us and we attribute the relatively quick sale to him and the presentation of the property, both following your advice.
The actual sale process went very smoothly in large part due to being ahead of the curve with building reports and valuations etc, and again that can be attributed to what we learnt from you. So dare I say it, the sale of our property far from being stressful was almost enjoyable.
From this I think you can deduce that we were more than happy with the help we received from you and we highly recommend your service to anyone who wishes to sell a property.
